Arya Jha

Arya Jha is currently the Chief of Staff for Investment Management & Finance Risk at Vanguard. Previously, Arya served as a Guest Services Manager at SOPHY® Hyde Park, where they made history as the youngest manager, and were nominated for the 2021 IHLA Star of the Industry award during their tenure as a Guest Service Representative. Arya's early experiences include an internship at The Rohatyn Group, where they developed customer relationship management tools, and a high school internship at the National Museum of Mathematics, where they managed exhibits to enhance visitor engagement. Arya is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology at the University of Chicago while having completed their high school diploma at Princeton Day School.
