Barb Delaney

Barb Delaney is a seasoned Compliance Director and Head of Methodology at Vanguard, where they contribute to the company’s risk and governance initiatives. Previously, from 1994 to 2001, they were involved in Operational Risk Management at Susquehanna International Group, LLP. Delaney held various leadership roles at Vanguard, including Department Head of U.S. Audit Services and Risk Director for Human Resources and the Office of General Counsel. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from SUNY Albany and an MBA in Finance from Villanova University.
