Bejoy Philip

Bejoy Philip, MSOD, currently serves as the Head of HR for the Personal Investor division at Vanguard, overseeing HR for a retirement business that supports over 20 million individuals. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Bejoy previously held the position of Head of HR Strategy and Planning at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies in the U.S., leading talent functions across North America. Earlier in Bejoy's career, roles at JPMorganChase included managing strategic talent development programs and driving process improvements. Bejoy holds a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, along with degrees in Adult and Organizational Development from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Delaware.
