Ben Szmidt

Ben Szmidt is a creative multimedia professional currently serving as the Lead UX Strategist at Vanguard, where they focus on user experience strategy for self-directed portfolio products. They have previously held roles as a Producer/Reporter at WDDE and DFM News, where they created and managed audio and video content. Ben also gained experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Delaware, where they taught video production concepts. They earned a BA in Mass Communication with a focus on Journalism from the University of Delaware.
