Brad Kear

Brad Kear is a Creative Director in Global Brand Marketing at The Vanguard Group, leveraging over 30 years of experience as a creative leader, designer, and mentor. They have successfully delivered a comprehensive brand identity program for Vanguard and have a rich history leading design teams and teaching graphic design at Moore College of Art and Design. Prior to their current role, Brad managed various design initiatives at Vanguard, including supporting both the retail and institutional investor divisions. An alumnus of the University of the Arts, Brad’s diverse creative perspective is shaped by their studies in Swiss design and influences from platforms like MTV.
