Brian Fox

Brian Fox is currently the Assistant General Counsel and Senior Manager at Vanguard since August 2019. Prior to working at Vanguard, Brian was the Corporate Counsel and Senior Manager at Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. from June 2018 to August 2019. Before that, Brian worked as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from October 2015 to June 2018. Brian also has experience working as a Judicial Law Clerk and Judicial Intern at U.S. Courts and as an Adjunct Instructor of Accounting at The University of Notre Dame. Brian holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Notre Dame Law School and a BSBA in Accounting from Bucknell University.
