Brian Moseley is a senior technology leader with over 20 years of IT experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Director of Institutional Full Service Technology Transformation at Vanguard, Brian leads cross-functional technology teams and oversees large-scale programs, directly reporting to the CIO of the Institutional Investor Group. Previously, Brian held various roles at Vanguard, including Head of Institutional Technology Shared Services and Senior Program Manager for Institutional Full Service Technology Transformation. Brian earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems and an MBA in Management and Finance from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business.
