Cesar Orosco

Cesar Orosco is the Head of Alpha Equity Investments for the US Quantitative Equity Group at Vanguard. They have held various leadership roles, including Senior Portfolio Manager and Principal at AJO, where they focused on developing and implementing quantitative equity models. Previously, Cesar worked as a Vice President at State Street Associates and as a Senior Quantitative Analyst and Fund Manager at Credicorp Securities. They hold a Doctorate and a Master’s in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Universidad de Lima.
