Prior to these roles, Charles was the Head of US ETF Capital Markets at the same company. Charles previously worked as an Investment Analyst in the Investment Strategy Group at Vanguard. Charles holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Virginia.
