Previously, Chris served as a Senior Counsel in Securities Finance and Derivatives at Vanguard and as a Regulatory and ISDA Advisor at Chatham Financial from 2015 to 2022. Chris also held the position of Associate at Duane Morris LLP from 2012 to 2015 and completed a legal internship with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General in 2010. Chris earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012.
