David Burns

David Burns is a Senior ERISA Consultant and Manager at Vanguard, where they are currently retired. They previously served as the Director of Pension Operations at Retirement Growth Plans of America, Inc. from 1980 to 1982, and as the Director of Retirement Plan Services at Mid America Group, Inc. from 1982 to 1999. Prior to that, David worked as a Pension Specialist at Comprehensive Management Services, Inc. from 1976 to 1980. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1976.
