Dawn O'Neill

Dawn O'Neill has extensive experience in investment data management and corporate communications, currently serving in a senior role at Vanguard since May 2006. O'Neill led the transformation of a team into a global unit of investment data analysts, enhancing engagement and developing new business functions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Ithaca College and a Master's Degree in Management from Penn State University - Great Valley.
