Derek Biedermann is a Fixed Income Manager at Vanguard, where they utilize their expertise in lean management tools, employee development, and project management. Prior to this role, they worked as a Lean Specialist, Supervisor, and Corporate/Investment Trainer at Vanguard. Derek served in Military Intelligence in the US Army from 2002 to 2006 and was a Financial Advisor and Sales Trainer at USAA from 2009 to 2013. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
