Ed Gruber

Ed Gruber, CRISC, CISSP, brings extensive experience in technology management and operations. Serving as President since retirement in March 2019, Gruber previously held the position of Business Management Analyst at JPMorgan Chase from January 2001 to 2010, focusing on Configuration Management activities for Chase Card Services and supporting IT discovery tools. As a Technical Operations Manager, Gruber oversaw IT Asset and Configuration Management, tracking the lifecycle of servers, applications, and databases. Prior experience includes serving as Professional Services Manager/Integration Services Manager at Inacom Corporation, where Gruber managed the delivery of professional services projects related to technology change. Gruber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Information Systems and Operations Management from Widener University, along with an Associate degree in Electrical & Electronics Technology from Penn State University.
