Ed Lally has extensive experience in project management and technical leadership, beginning as a Help Desk Analyst at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from January 1993 to April 1995. Lally's role at Vanguard included serving as Project Manager for IT projects within the Fund Accounting area, overseeing significant upgrades at the company's Australia office.
