Edward Gehl

Edward Gehl is a Senior Director of Investment Stewardship at Vanguard, where they lead engagements with portfolio companies on stewardship issues, particularly focusing on climate matters. With over two decades of experience in corporate governance and ESG investing, Edward previously held positions at Fidelity Investments, including Director of Corporate Governance. Edward also worked at the Investor Responsibility Research Center and Proxy Governance Inc., where they supported the development of proxy voting guidelines. Edward earned a Master of Science in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from Virginia Tech.
