Frances Ritter is currently a Trader and Portfolio Manager in the Equity Index Group at Vanguard, where they specialize in algorithmic trading, small cap trading, and front-office regulatory affairs. Prior to joining Vanguard in 2019, Frances gained extensive experience in equity and FX trading at Dimensional Fund Advisors and held various internship positions at Citi, BNP Paribas, and ING. They hold a Master’s Degree in Finance from EDHEC Business School and a Master’s Degree in European Law from King's College London.
