Greg Sandherr

Greg Sandherr is currently the Director Level - Head of Resiliency Engineering for Personal Investor Technology at Vanguard, where they lead the resiliency program for a large IT sub-division. Prior to this role, they served as the Director Level - Head of Brokerage Systems, successfully managing a team responsible for critical client-facing trading applications and implementing strategies that enhanced client experience and operational efficiency. With a solid background in technology and organizational transformation, they previously held various positions at Vanguard, including Director Level roles that focused on Agile transformation and global systems management. Greg also has experience as a Commissioned Officer in the Army National Guard, where they held multiple command and staff positions.
