Irene Dear

Irene Dear is a strategic tax lead with over a decade of progressive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving at Vanguard since 2019. Previously, Irene was the Fund Taxation Manager at IOOF from 2011 to 2016, and prior to that held roles as a Senior Fund Accountant at AXA, Advisor at KPMG Indonesia, and Finance Director at CV Sinar Abadi. Irene has pursued advanced education, currently working towards a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree from RMIT University, alongside obtaining CPA certification from CPA Australia.
