Jake Bishop

Jake Bishop is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property law. Bishop began a career at Dechert LLP as an Intellectual Property Associate from September 2006 until January 2018. Subsequently, Bishop worked at Vanguard, holding the positions of Senior Counsel for Intellectual Property and Associate General Counsel, Head of IT and Security Legal from January 2018 to October 2019. In May 2022, Bishop returned to Vanguard as Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property, Marketing and Communications Legal. Academic credentials include a B.A. in English Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
