James Lodder

James Lodder is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Europe at Vanguard since April 2022. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Director at Foundational since August 2021, James has provided headhunting and fractional C-Suite services in Southeast Asia. Prior to these positions, James spent nearly a decade at Standard Chartered Bank, holding multiple roles that included Resourcing COE: Technology & Process Design Lead and Head of Resourcing in Singapore, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing large-scale recruitment and managing significant operational changes. James's career also includes a tenure at Barclays as a Recruiter and at UHY Hacker Young as Assistant Manager in Human Resources. James holds a degree in International Relations and Politics from Nottingham Trent University.
