Janel Jackson is the Principal and Head of Bank and Institutional within Vanguard’s Financial Advisor Services division, where they lead the delivery of client-centric investment solutions. With over 20 years of investment and industry expertise, Janel previously managed Vanguard's global ETF Capital Markets and has held several key roles in their Investment Management and Institutional Investor Groups. Prior to joining Vanguard, Janel worked as a research associate at Wilmington Trust Investment Management. Janel earned a B.A. in Economics from Ohio University and an M.B.A. from the Georgia Institute of Technology, receiving recognition as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Finance by Barron’s. Passionate about supporting women in finance, Janel serves on the board of Women in ETFs.
