Janet Monaghan

Janet Monaghan, MBA, has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the financial services and education sectors. Since joining Vanguard in 2007, Janet has served as My Economy Program Manager, Senior Progress Facilitator and Coach, and Senior Navigator, focusing on coaching leaders and teams to shift mindsets and behaviors. Prior to this, Janet held multiple positions at Vanguard, including Department Head of Participant Education and Communications Consultant. Janet also served as an Employer Value Proposition Consultant and MBA Development Program Manager at Philadelphia University. Janet earned a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Design from Philadelphia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of South Carolina.
