Jeff Hicks, CISSP, has extensive experience in the financial services sector, primarily with Vanguard from June 1999 to the present. Initially serving as a Mainframe/Unix developer from June 1999 to March 2014, Jeff developed legacy host code applications using technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and ETL, while also acting as Tech Lead on various projects. Since March 2014, Jeff has held the position of Information Security Analyst, leading the Incident Management Team. Jeff holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from The University of Hull and two BSBA degrees in Finance and Management, as well as Honors in French, from the University of South Carolina-Columbia.
