Jeff Lau is an accomplished senior UX leader currently serving as the Head of UX & Emerging Experiences at Vanguard. They previously held positions as SVP, Experience Design Leader at Bank of America, and Senior Director of Product Design & UX at GE Digital. Jeff founded Lau Design LLC, where they served as Chief Design Director from 2004 to 2010, and worked as an Art Director at Greenwood Publishing and an Interactive Art Director at Modem Media. They possess a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Advertising from the School of Visual Arts, which they are currently pursuing.
