Jeff Rowles

Jeff Rowles, CFA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Vanguard since 2005. Currently serving as Director and Investment Systems Manager, Jeff leads software development teams to enhance portfolio management capabilities, focusing on onboarding multi-currency portfolios. Previous roles at Vanguard include Technical Lead, where Jeff was responsible for developing Portfolio Management and Investment Book of Record (IBOR) capabilities, and Senior Application Developer, concentrating on Equity Investment Technologies. Jeff also worked as an Application Developer at Vanguard Australia and held an earlier position as an InfoSystems Engineer following a graduate program. Jeff's career began with an internship at AstraZeneca, contributing to the Quality Assurance team. Jeff graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology.
