Jing Yan is a Senior Manager of Advanced Analytics and Data Science at Vanguard, where they manage a team responsible for delivering data-driven insights and machine learning solutions. With over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, Jing has a strong analytical mindset and a comprehensive understanding of causal inference, AI/ML, and statistical models. They previously held positions at the FDA as an ORISE Fellow, at Novavax Inc as a Statistician, and at American Family Insurance as a Senior Statistical Analyst and Data Scientist.
