Joe Davis is currently the Global Chief Economist & Global Head of Investment Strategy Group at Vanguard. Joe has a Ph.D. in Economics and Finance from Duke University and has held various positions in the field of economics, including working as an Economist at Moody's Economy.com. Joe also holds a B.A. summa cum laude in Economics, German, and Mathematics from Saint Joseph's University. In 2019, Joe completed the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School.
