Joe Gray

Joe Gray is a Senior UX Researcher currently leading research efforts for a custom CRM at Vanguard, where they provide insights and recommendations for product development. With a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction, Joe has previously worked at Trimble Inc., Stickley Furniture, and Rivet CX Group, utilizing mixed methods UX research to improve user experiences across diverse industries including enterprise software and e-commerce. They have also served as a Graduate Research Assistant, coaching students in user research methodologies.
