Joel Chase

Joel Chase is a strategic learning and project professional with over 20 years of experience in leadership, learning, and project management. Currently serving as IT Learning Design Team Manager at Vanguard, Joel manages a team of Instructional Designers and Learning Analysts to implement effective learning solutions for the IT division. Previously, Joel held roles at Vanguard including PMO Manager and Change and Communications Project Manager, where they successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets and numerous projects. Joel also served as a Six Sigma Black Belt Expert, facilitating various business improvement initiatives. Joel earned a degree in Chemistry from Temple University.
