John Lupton is an Assistant General Counsel at Vanguard, representing clients in civil and criminal litigation as well as government investigations. John has previously held associate positions at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Sidley Austin LLP, and served as a legal intern at the Chambers of Hon. William H. Pauley. With experience in cases involving the False Claims Act and corporate governance, John also advises clients on compliance policies and internal investigations. John is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) at Georgetown University Law Center, alongside additional studies at King's College London.
