Julia Brightwell

Julia Brightwell currently serves as the Head of EMEA Strategic Enablement and previously as the Head of EMEA Operational Governance in Global Investment Operations at Vanguard since July 2018. Prior to that, Julia held the position of Head of Operations at Tetragon Financial Group Limited from January 2008 to December 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Director and Associate Director in KBC AIM Hedge Fund Operations, as well as Senior Manager and Manager in Asset Servicing at Morgan Stanley. Julia Brightwell began her career in the Settlements division through a Graduate Training Program at Morgan Stanley. Julia holds a degree with a 2:1 from City St George’s, University of London, completed in 1998.
