Kaitlyn Caughlin

Kaitlyn Caughlin, CFA, CFP, is a Principal and currently serves as the Global Head of Investment Risk and Global Head of Investment Product at Vanguard, where responsibilities include overseeing more than 400 mutual funds and ETFs through the Portfolio Review Department. With a strong background in product management, Kaitlyn previously led Vanguard's Product Management team, ensuring the health of the product lineup, and managed the Product Planning team, focused on market trends and investor preferences. Kaitlyn also directed high-net-worth client services and contributed to corporate strategy as a project manager. An MBA graduate from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in Mathematics and Mathematical Economics from Pomona College, Kaitlyn has been with Vanguard since June 2007.
