Kellen then transitioned to Vanguard, serving as Product Manager from June 2024 to February 2021, focusing on the design and delivery of GenAI technologies to enhance client experiences. Kellen has held various leadership roles, including UHNW Client Consultant Team Leader and Flagship Client Service Specialist Team Leader.
