Leilani B. is a Lead Program Manager in DesignOps at Vanguard, where they focus on fiscal and organizational planning for a large UX team. Previously, Leilani held various roles including Senior UX Strategist at Vanguard, Product Strategist at Insight, and Interactive Project Manager at Ogilvy Interactive. They have also completed a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University, achieving a 4.0 GPA, and are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at Coastal Carolina University.
