Leonard P. has extensive experience in marketing analytics and client services, having held various leadership roles at prominent companies including JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Chase. From 2009 to 2011, Leonard managed marketing analytics teams at Chase and later served as an Executive Director responsible for Client Services Analytics from 2015 to 2022. Leonard has also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor and researcher at the University of Central Florida from 2001 to 2009.
