Lora Pedroza

Lora Pedroza has extensive experience in client relations and education, currently serving as a Team Lead and Quality Administrator at Vanguard since November 2014. In this role, Lora educates clients about financial goals, focusing on annuities and insurance services while maintaining strong client relationships. Prior experience includes serving as a Client Relationship Associate at Vanguard, where Lora excelled in simplifying complex information for clients. Lora began a career in customer service as a Bank Teller at Citizens Bank and contributed as a Lead Teacher at The Goddard School, where Lora demonstrated leadership in managing and educating students. Lora holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology-Law and Society from Moravian University, complemented by earlier studies at Lehigh Carbon Community College.
