Lulee Ma is currently the Chief of Staff for Europe at Vanguard, where they serve as a member of the European Leadership Team. They previously held various positions at Goldman Sachs from 2012 to 2015, culminating as an Executive Director in Investment Management, Global Fixed Income. Lulee began their career as a Fund Structurer in the Solutions Group at L&G Investment Management from 2011 to 2012. They earned a Master’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford, Christ Church, between 2006 and 2009.
