Matt Kosik is currently a Senior Derivatives Trader in the Fixed Income Group at Vanguard. Previously, they served as a Senior MBS Trader at Newrez LLC from 2021 to 2023 and held the position of Vice President and USD Rates Options Trader at HSBC from 2013 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Matt completed a Summer Analyst program at JPMorgan Chase in 2011. They hold dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and Finance from Lehigh University and are currently advancing their skills in data science through a bootcamp at Springboard.
