Michael Chang, CFA, has extensive experience in the finance industry, primarily focused on portfolio management and credit analysis. From May 2008 to October 2017, Michael served as a Portfolio Manager and Vice President at Goldman Sachs, managing the High Yield Floating Rate Fund and overseeing multi-asset credit portfolios. Prior to this, Michael was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank from December 2005 to April 2008, where responsibilities included being a senior research analyst and managing significant bank loans and high yield bonds. Earlier, Michael worked at PIMCO from July 2000 to December 2005 as a Credit Analyst and Trader, specializing in aerospace, defense, and environmental sectors. Since November 2017, Michael has held the position of Senior Portfolio Manager - High Yield at Vanguard. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors in Finance and International Business from The University of British Columbia, completed in 2000, and has an educational background from HKIS from 1992 to 1996.
