Michael Davison is the Head of US Asset Servicing at Vanguard, where they oversee ETF Operations, Corporate Actions, and Reconciliations for Vanguard's US Funds and ETFs. Previously, Michael served as the Head of Business Operations, responsible for operational consulting and change management in the Personal Investor division, and led the transformation of the Workforce Planning department. They also held various leadership roles at Vanguard, focusing on workforce management and operational success. Michael earned an Executive MBA from Drexel University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from Penn State University, along with a Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University. Currently, they are pursuing the Securities Industry Institute from The Wharton School.
