Michael Eyre, CFA, has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Head of US Securities Lending Trading at Vanguard since October 2002. Throughout a notable career at Vanguard, Michael has held various leadership positions, including Global Head of Foreign Exchange Trading and Head of Risk Management Group in Europe, as well as overseeing European Operational Risk in Investment Management. Michael also has experience as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Equity Trader, and previously worked at Deloitte as an Auditor. Michael earned an MBA with a focus on Organizational Effectiveness from The Wharton School between 2019 and 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University, awarded in 2001.
