Michael Gunn

Michael Gunn is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in risk management, IT audit, and security operations. Since June 2013, Michael has served as the Technology Chief Risk Officer and Global IT Audit Department Head at Vanguard, leading the global IT audit team and overseeing data analytics initiatives. Prior roles at Vanguard include heading the International IT - Americas and Strategic Transformation Department, as well as the Global Business Systems Department, where leadership was provided for IT transformation and support of non-US businesses. Prior to Vanguard, Michael held various positions at Lockheed Martin from June 1998 to May 2013, including IT Risk Division Leader and Senior Program Manager for Energy and Cyber Services. Michael holds a Master's degree in Technology Management from The Wharton School, a Master's in Management from RPI Lally School of Management, and a Bachelor's in Management of Information Systems from Saint Joseph's University.
