Michael Perre has been with Vanguard since June 1990, serving as a Principal, Portfolio Manager, and Equity Trader for various Index funds, including VWO and VXUS. In addition to this role, Michael has held positions as a Stock Loan Administrator and Fund Accountant. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph's University and an MBA in Finance from Villanova University, obtained between 1992 and 1997.
