Mike Dunlap

Mike Dunlap is a seasoned Senior User Experience Designer with over two decades of experience in design. Currently at Vanguard since February 2001, Mike has significantly contributed to product enhancements that resulted in a Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) of 88.9% and a 75% increase in product adoption for the Content Management System. Previous roles at Vanguard include User Experience Designer and Motion Designer, where Mike led various initiatives, including WCAG audits and an automated tiered offer technology solution. Earlier experience spans positions at Omnient Corporation, Intrinsic Design, Please Touch Museum, Advertising Specialty Institute, and a solid educational background with a Master of Arts in Design Management from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
