Mike McLaughlin

Mike McLaughlin is a seasoned project and software development manager with extensive experience in leading teams and delivering innovative solutions across various companies. Currently serving as a Project Team Manager at Vanguard since March 2020, McLaughlin previously held the role of Senior Manager of Software Development at Vertex Inc, where contributions included the development of a cloud-based SaaS portal for tax management. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at eBay Enterprise, managing software engineering initiatives for e-commerce and leading both on-shore and off-shore teams. McLaughlin began their career as a Software Engineer at Sales Technologies, and progressively took on leadership roles at Primavera Systems, utilizing Scrum and Agile methodologies. McLaughlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Albright College, as well as certification as a Sun Certified Java Programmer.
