Olivia B. has over a decade of experience in project management and business initiatives, currently serving as a Project Manager and Change Management Lead in the Global Risk & Security division at Vanguard since July 2013. Previously, Olivia held the position of Manager of Business Growth Initiatives for the Americas region. In addition, Olivia completed an MBA Leadership Development Program as a Strategic Planning MBA Intern at Passage Home Inc. and worked as a Community Development Volunteer with the Foundation for Sustainable Development. Earlier in the career, Olivia served as Chief Operating Officer for Selector Capital Management, overseeing a Luxembourg UCITS fund family. Olivia holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Florida International University.
