Patrick Morrissey is the Head of Product and Strategy for Securities Lending at Vanguard, a position held since 2018. They began their career in 2001 as an ADR Analyst/Trader at BNY and later served as a Securities Lending Trader at Vanguard from 2005 to 2013 and as a Senior Manager in Securities Lending Trading from 2013 to 2018. Patrick is currently active in multiple working groups, including those for PASLA, the Risk Management Association, and the International Securities Lending Association. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Saint Joseph's University and a Master's degree in Financial Engineering and Financial Mathematics from Temple University Graduate School.
