Rachel Baxter

Rachel Baxter, CFA, is currently the Principal and Co-Head of US Bond Index at Vanguard, where they also serve as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. Previously, Rachel held positions including European Head of Bond Indexing and Chief of Staff for the Investment Management Group at Vanguard, and worked as a Fixed Income Sales and Trader at SMBC Nikko. They began their career as a Qualified Executive at Ernst & Young and have earned multiple accolades in their field, including a top rating in peer group intake. Rachel holds a degree in English from the University of Nottingham and is ACA qualified.
