Rashanda Perryman

Rashanda Perryman is an experienced philanthropy professional with a robust background in strategic funding and community leadership. With a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington, Rashanda has held significant roles, including serving as a Policy Associate at the Ounce of Prevention Fund and as a Senior Policy Associate at the Children's Defense Fund. Currently, Rashanda is the Senior Manager of Philanthropy at Vanguard, where they lead the Vanguard Strong Start for Kids program, aimed at enhancing kindergarten readiness in various cities. Additionally, Rashanda serves as the Steering Committee Chair for the Early Childhood Funders Collaborative.
